Brian helped us refinance our home and pay off some other outstanding bills. He worked harder than anyone else I have ever dealt with. I first contacted him about a year before we actually refinanced. He advised me to wait due to various credit and life issues. He suggested ways to make myself and my wife look a little better on paper. I checked back with him a few times over the next year and he continued to give me advice. Then  as I was getting married we contacted him and he agreed looking at our better but no where near ideal credit, our current loan situation and where the housing market was going to go that we should refinance. He then did everything he could to get us the loan we needed in the time frame we needed. He worked with multiple companies and stayed with our refinance like it was a huge loan and not a loan that was well south of $300k. Brian treated us like we were just as important as a large client buying a $900k house. To us he was just as important. That is why I recommend Brian to anyone I know who is looking to buy a home or refinance. He treats every customer like he would want to be treated.
